Okay I was too hard on Haley. It is not her fault she got sick. I really was nice to her. I only was frustrated after she was back to sleep in bed, so she never saw that part. I just don't have the compassion gene, but I am working on it.

I don't think you were too hard on her. I think every mom has a point where they don't have patience. You kept your cool while holding her hair and cleaning up. Sometimes urgency can be misunderstood as being mean. We are supposed to be nurturing but our kids need to see that we are human too. Hopefully she will just remember how you came running to help her, held her hair, and cleaned her up in the middle of the night.
