I hosted the annual Balmanno Christmas Party again this year. We had a baked potato bar and chocolate dipped fruit and cookies for treats. The biggest part of the party is the white elephant exchange. We all put 1 gift in and end up with something else. Rules are everything has to be new and bought new (that is an important rule as we have had some garage sale finds brought before) and worth over $10 each.
If someone tries to steal from you, you can challenge and play Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who wins the present. We had a couple of challenges this year.
We had a great time. We usually have this party on Christmas Day but this year we were not planning on being around for Christmas.
