As an homage to Homer Simpson the cake looks like a giant glazed donut. Adam actually had a cheesecake, but since we were at my dad's house we needed more then one cake so I made this one too. It was actually delicious. I can't believe he is 11! It feels like just yesterday I was yelling at him to bring me a tissue so I could wipe his nose. Oh yeah. It was. Anyway, moving on...
